Anaesthetist Position Available

LDMH runs 2 ORs, 5 days per week with 24/7/365 shared call coverage from home. We have 2 General Surgeons, 2 Ob-Gyn, 1 internist endoscopist, plus visiting surgeons performing outpatient procedures in Orthopedics, Plastics, Pediatric and Adult Oral/Dental surgery. The GPA group also provides epidural service for OB and general surgery. Ultrasound for vascular access and regional anesthesia is available and used regularly. We have 24hr on site ER staffing (28,000 patient

visits annually), and an ICU managed by internal medicine. Three of the four GPAs on staff currently work in a larger regional centre (some higher complexity cases) usually doing lists of

General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, ENT, or Maxillofacial surgery.
