Leamington District Memorial Hospital has implemented a new system of monitoring and tracking its performance. The hospital has sent out a ambitious goal of being a:
“Respected Leader in an Integrated Health System”
In order to achieve this “vision” the hospital has also established 5 Corporate Standing Goals. Those goals include:
1) QUALITY
Demonstrate improved patient outcomes, patient satisfaction and quality service.
2) PEOPLE
Create a high performing organization by investing in values based recruitment and retention of highly skilled people.
3) FINANCE
Optimize operating efficiency by achieving benchmark performance.
INFORMATION
Invest in technology systems that improve quality, safety and effectiveness of all services delivered.
Partnership
Provide coordinated and seamless care by leveraging partnership and integration opportunities.
Every year our Board, through its Strategic Planning process, reviews and revises (if necessary), the Hospital's Mission Statement and its 5 Corporate Standing Goals. The Board also establishes its Annual Corporate Priorities.

Through our Accountability Farmework and Performance Measurement System, our Board reviews every quarter, our achievements of outcomes through Key Performance Indicators reported in a Balanced Scorecard formate with the following 4 dimensions:
1) Financial
2) Quality/Utilization Outcomes
3) Client Satisfaction
4) External Processes "Learning & Growth"
Every quarter the hospital will produce its corporate balanced scorecard update and publish it on this section of the Web-Site for the Community to review.
